SULPHUR ST VIEW
The Manhattan Project Beer Co is moving to West Dallas to 2215 Sulphur St (behind the main post office). We officially launched November of 2016 and have been brewing at other breweries in the DFW area. In April of 2017, we found a perfect property: 10,000 SF, high ceilings, room to add a parking lot and beer garden, just barely within our budget, and in a great up and coming neighborhood. We immediately put the property under contract and started the rezoning process. Rezoning took four months and a few extra months with the bank and we finally closed in January of 2018. In February, we started the re-platting process. And that is where we are now, in Engineering review for the past 9 months! I promise, we are trying to get open as soon as possible. Currently we are anticipating a October opening.

We make mostly American style beers with a few exceptions. For a list of our current beers, check our website: https://manhattanproject.beer/beer-menu/. The facility will include a 1500 SF taproom and 2500 SF beer garden. We will be open during the day with beer and non beer choices and a small food menu. For those that work outside of the office, we will have plenty of outlets and fast WiFi!
