Reliable Concrete gets CPC approval in January for new concrete batching plant on West Commerce closer to Hampton. Objections to clustering of batch plants along West Commerce. Commissioners say they should not support the renewal of the SUP for the location at 1025 W. Commerce when it comes back to them in April of 2018.
Storage warehouse request for SUP at site of Montessori School passed by CPC in January.
